Schedule a Meeting with IWDS
Please select a time that works for you from our appointment scheduler. Phone calls/in person meeting are preferred. Video is only necessary if screen sharing will be used.
Instructions
- Select the desired duration, date and time of the meeting.
- Input your name and email.
- Click "Add a Guest" above the email field if you have additional people attending a virtual meeting.
- Select the “location” on the form: phone call, Google Meets (virtual), or our office's location (in person). Input your phone number if you select that option.
- Click Confirm.
- Add it to your Calendar. This calendar listing will have a link to your Google Meets meeting if you select the virtual training.
Virtual Meeting Notes
- You are not required to be on camera. We use Google Meets for their screen sharing capabilities. You need to be able to see our feed and speak to and hear the meeting.
- Invite all guests using their emails if you plan to be in separate locations for a virtual meeting.
