Add New or Update A Form

Forms can be used to easily collect information from site visitors.

Create New Form

  1. Click “Caldera Forms” to get to the plugin’s dashboard.
    • Click “Skip” if a popup appears.
  2. Press on the “New Form” button in the top bar. A popup will appear.
  3. The popup will show a list of pre-created templates ranging from contact to registration forms. We highly recommend choosing one of these as a starting point. If necessary, starting from a blank form is fine.
  4. Name the form and use this article for additional information about building your form.

Update Existing Form

  1. Go to Caldera Form Dashboard.
  2. Hover over the desired form, a list of options will appear from “Edit” to “Delete”. Click “Edit”.
  3. Go to the desired section in the row. Click on it and the left edit section will appear.
  4. Make the necessary changes and save the form.
